“The Grand Barn” at The Mohicans, is located on seventy-five wooded acres and is ideal for weddings and corporate retreats with an “elegant, rustic, vintage barn” feel. This two story timber frame building nestled amongst hardwoods and pines high atop the hills of the Mohican Valley includes hand hewn logs, hardwood flooring, an expansive solid oak rustic staircase leading up to an upper level with access to a second story outside deck. There is also a large covered deck on the main floor, perfect for a banquet, wedding ceremony, or pre-dinner cocktail hour. we had a wedding reception March 7th 2015. There was a foot of snow and the temperature hovered around 0 degrees. I would like to compliment the owners for putting extra gravel and salt on the drives to make it safer. Jeff Smith( father of groom for the Jeff Smith- Emilee Zavadil wedding)
